Ongoing Support That Evolves With You

From Understanding Your Situation to Implementing a Clear Strategy

No two cancer journeys are the same.

Some patients are newly diagnosed and facing several important decisions at once. Others are beginning treatment, managing side effects, recovering from surgery or trying to reduce the risk of recurrence after treatment has finished.

What most patients have in common is that information alone is rarely enough.

A consultation may help you understand your situation and identify the main priorities, but the next challenge is turning those recommendations into a clear, properly sequenced and sustainable strategy.

That is where ongoing support becomes important.

How the process works

Following your initial consultation, you will receive a personalised summary outlining:

  • the main priorities we identified;

  • the broader direction I recommend;

  • my recommended supplement pathway;

  • the supportive therapies discussed;

  • the level of ongoing support I believe is most appropriate;

  • the next steps required to begin protocol mapping.

You will then be asked to make two main decisions:

  1. Which supplement pathway you would like to proceed with.

  2. Whether you would like to continue through Premium Support or Standard Support.

I will make a clear professional recommendation in both areas based on your diagnosis, treatment plan, current health, level of complexity and the amount of guidance I believe you will require.

Cancer care rarely stays still.

New blood results arrive. Oncology treatment plans change. Symptoms and side effects emerge. Questions appear after medical appointments. A strategy that made sense before surgery, chemotherapy, radiotherapy, immunotherapy or targeted treatment may need to be adjusted as the situation develops.

This is particularly important when several areas are being coordinated at once, including:

  • oncology treatment;

  • nutrition and metabolic health;

  • supplementation;

  • selected medicines;

  • supportive therapies;

  • treatment preparation and recovery;

  • symptoms and side effects;

  • sleep and nervous-system regulation;

  • family, practical and financial pressures.

A one-off consultation can create clarity and direction.

Ongoing support is what helps turn that direction into a strategy that can be implemented, monitored and refined over time.

The important question is not simply:

What else could I be doing?

It is:

What level of support will help me implement this properly?

Why ongoing support matters

1. Premium Support

The most comprehensive way to work with me

Premium Support is the level of care I recommend for most patients during the early, active or more complex stages of cancer care.

It is a two-month intensive support container in which I remain closely involved while your strategy is mapped, implemented and refined.

This is not simply a package containing more appointments.

It provides continuity, closer guidance and the ability to respond as your treatment, results, symptoms and decisions evolve.

During the two-month period, we can have the appointments and telephone conversations reasonably required throughout each week. This means you do not have to save several weeks of questions for a single appointment or try to interpret every development alone.

The Two Support Pathways

There are two ways patients continue working with me after the initial consultation.

Premium Support helps us:

  • establish your integrative strategy properly from the beginning;

  • map and sequence your supplements and supportive therapies;

  • coordinate recommendations around your oncology treatment;

  • prepare for and recover from treatment;

  • respond to symptoms and side effects as they arise;

  • review blood results, pathology, scans and oncology updates;

  • refine nutrition and metabolic strategies;

  • consider supplement and medicine safety and timing;

  • support sleep, stress and nervous-system regulation;

  • adapt the strategy as your circumstances change;

  • prevent uncertainty from becoming delay or inconsistency.

What’s Included:

  • ✅ unlimited one-to-one consultations during the two-month container, within reasonable clinical availability;

  • ✅ regular telephone and email support;

  • ✅ priority appointment access;

  • ✅ personalised protocol mapping;

  • ✅ ongoing review and refinement of your protocol;

  • ✅ full access to the BEYOND Prognosis education and support platform.

Premium Support may be the best fit if you are:

  • newly diagnosed;

  • preparing for treatment;

  • currently undergoing active treatment;

  • recovering from surgery;

  • managing symptoms or treatment side effects;

  • facing complex or time-sensitive decisions;

  • coordinating multiple supplements, therapies or medicines;

  • receiving new results or changes to your oncology plan;

  • overwhelmed by conflicting information;

  • wanting someone to remain closely involved throughout the early phase of implementation.

Best suited for

Premium Support is best suited for patients who need a higher level of containment and do not want to navigate this process appointment by appointment.

This is the pathway I most commonly recommend for patients in the early or active phase of cancer care, especially when decisions are complex and timing matters.

My strong recommendation for most patients beginning this work is Premium Support.

Cancer care can change quickly, and the first two months are often where the greatest amount of coordination, decision-making and adjustment is required. Premium Support allows us to establish the strategy properly rather than trying to build it appointment by appointment..

Investment:
Premium Support is a 2-month support container.

Pay upfront: $2,000
Payment plan: 2 monthly payments of $1,100

Paying upfront saves $200.

After the 2-month container, you may transition into the Guided Follow-Up Pathway with a clear plan and momentum already in place.

Structured continuity of care with scheduled appointments

Standard Support is the alternative for patients who are unable or do not wish to enter Premium Support.

It still provides an organised continuity-of-care pathway. It is not an occasional appointment system where we wait until something goes wrong before reconnecting.

The appointment schedule is:

  • weekly appointments for the first three appointments;

  • fortnightly appointments for the following three appointments;

  • monthly appointments thereafter.

These appointments are booked in advance so that there is a defined structure around your care and regular opportunities to review progress, answer questions and adjust the strategy.

2. Standard Support

Standard Support helps with

  • reviewing blood tests, scans and oncology updates;

  • preparing for treatment;

  • supporting symptoms and side effects;

  • refining nutrition and supplementation;

  • reviewing supplement timing and safety;

  • adjusting the protocol as treatment progresses;

  • addressing weight, energy, sleep or recovery concerns;

  • preparing questions for your oncology team;

  • reviewing the strategy at important treatment milestones.

Standard Support may be the best fit if you:

  • prefer a structured but less intensive level of support;

  • are in a relatively stable phase of care;

  • can implement recommendations with more independence;

  • do not require frequent contact between appointments;

  • want regular professional review without entering the two-month Premium Support container;

  • are transitioning out of Premium Support after the initial strategy has been established.

Protocol Mapping Under Standard Support

Protocol mapping is completed separately from your consultation appointments because it requires dedicated work outside consultation time.

The protocol-mapping fee under Standard Support is $95.

Once completed, the shared Google Drive document becomes the working plan used throughout your appointments.

The Standard Support Pathway is for patients who still want professional guidance, but do not need the same level of contact as Premium Support. It keeps the process structured without requiring a higher-containment model.

BEYOND Prognosis

Education, guidance, and community between appointments

BEYOND Prognosis is the education and support platform I created to help patients feel more informed, supported, and connected between consultations.

A consultation can give direction, but many patients still need somewhere to continue learning, ask broader questions, access resources, and stay connected to support between appointments.

This is especially important when treatment decisions are changing, family members are offering opinions, fear is rising, or online information starts to create more confusion than clarity.

BEYOND Prognosis gives you a contained space for education, resources, programs, Q&As, and community support.

It is not a replacement for personalised one-on-one care.

It is the support layer around the care.

For many patients, BEYOND Prognosis works alongside Premium Support or the Standard Support Pathway.

Inside BEYOND Prognosis you will find

  • educational workshops

  • live Q&As

  • practical tools and frameworks

  • programs and resources

  • nervous system and mindset training

  • metabolic oncology education

  • community support

  • ongoing guidance to help you become an active participant in your healing journey

Best suited for

BEYOND Prognosis may be the right fit if you:

  • want education and support between appointments

  • want to understand the broader integrative oncology process

  • are not ready for ongoing one-on-one care

  • are in a stable phase and mainly need education/community

  • want to stay connected to resources and guidance

  • need a place to ask broader questions without booking an appointment every time

Full BEYOND Prognosis Platform

The Full BEYOND Prognosis Platform gives access to the deeper education, resources, programs, and paid content inside the community.

BEYOND Prognosis Free Community

The free community gives you access to the basic spaces inside BEYOND Prognosis.

It is designed to help you:

  • get oriented

  • stay connected

  • access basic support spaces

  • reduce isolation

  • begin engaging with the broader community

  • receive guidance between appointments

  • feel less alone in the process

This is the version many patients are invited into after their initial consultation.

It provides a starting point and helps create support around the one-on-one care.

Premium Support

Best for patients who need close guidance, regular review, stronger structure and a higher level of practitioner involvement.

This is usually the most appropriate option during active treatment, early implementation, complex decision-making, high overwhelm or when several moving parts need to be coordinated.

Standard Support

Best for patients who want structured continuity through scheduled appointments but do not require the intensity or frequent access provided by Premium Support.

This may be appropriate if your situation is more stable, you can implement with greater independence or you are transitioning from Premium Support after the initial two-month period.

You do not need to make this decision without guidance.

Following the initial consultation, I will give you a clear recommendation about which pathway I believe is most appropriate for your current situation.

Which pathway is right for you?

FAQs

A Clear Recommendation. A Structured Plan. Ongoing Guidance.

Cancer care is rarely improved by gathering more and more disconnected information.

It is improved by understanding what matters, choosing the appropriate direction and implementing that strategy with enough continuity for it to gain traction.

You do not need to do everything at once.

You do need a clear plan, the right level of support and a process that can evolve with you.

That is what these pathways are designed to provide.
