Ongoing Support That Evolves With You

The right level of support for the phase you are in

No two cancer journeys are the same.

Some people need close support, regular review, and a high level of containment.

Some need a more flexible follow-up pathway.

Some need education, community, and guidance between appointments without ongoing one-on-one care.

The purpose of this page is to help you understand the different ways we can continue working together after your initial consultation.

You do not need to decide everything immediately.

After your initial consultation, the usual next step is a follow-up appointment where we review your Consultation Direction Map, clarify what matters most, and decide which level of support is the best fit for where you are now.

The initial consultation gives us the map.

The next step is choosing the right pathway.

How the process works

1. Initial Consultation
The initial consultation is where we review your case, understand your diagnosis and current treatment context, identify the main strategic priorities, and create a clearer direction for the next step.

This is not a full protocol-mapping session. The aim is to understand the landscape properly before building anything more detailed.

2. Consultation Direction Map
After your initial consultation, you receive a follow-up email with your Consultation Direction Map.

This outlines the main priorities identified, the broader direction discussed, any simple immediate actions agreed, any information to send through before your follow-up, and what we will focus on at the next appointment.

3. Follow-Up Appointment
The follow-up appointment is where we begin turning the map into a clearer care pathway.

At this appointment, we may review blood tests, pathology, scans, supplement labels, medication lists, oncology treatment schedules, questions, and any updates from your oncology team.

4. Ongoing Support
From there, you continue through the pathway that best matches your needs: Premium Support, Guided Follow-Up Pathway, BEYOND Prognosis, or a combination of these.

Cancer care rarely stays still.

After an initial consultation, there are often new results to review, oncology appointments to prepare for, treatment schedules to adjust around, side effects to manage, supplement questions to clarify, and decisions that need to be made in the context of what is happening medically.

This is especially true during active treatment, where timing and safety matter. A strategy that makes sense before chemotherapy, radiation, surgery, immunotherapy, or targeted therapy may need to be adjusted once treatment begins, once blood results change, or once the body’s tolerance becomes clearer.

Ongoing support provides a structure for that process.

Rather than trying to interpret every new result, symptom, supplement question, or treatment update on your own, follow-up care allows the strategy to be reviewed and refined as your situation evolves.

A one-off consultation can create direction, but many patients need some level of ongoing guidance to implement that direction safely and consistently.

The question is not simply:

What else can I do?

The more important question is:

What level of support do I need to implement this properly for the phase I am in now?

That answer will be different for each person.

Why ongoing support matters

What Premium Support helps with

Premium Support is designed to help with:

  • mapping and refining your integrative oncology strategy

  • reviewing treatment updates, blood tests, scans, and pathology

  • checking supplement safety and timing

  • supporting treatment tolerance and recovery

  • adjusting the strategy as your oncology care changes

  • identifying what needs to happen now versus what can wait

  • reducing overwhelm and keeping the plan realistic

  • supporting the foundations: nutrition, sleep, stress, nervous system regulation, movement, hydration, and recovery

  • maintaining momentum during a difficult or uncertain phase

1. Premium Support

For patients who need close guidance, structure, and higher containment

Premium Support is the highest level of one-on-one care I offer.

This pathway is designed for patients who need more than occasional appointments. It is for people who are in an active, complex, or fast-moving phase of care and need consistent guidance as things unfold.

Premium Support gives you a stronger container.

It is not just more appointments.

It is closer guidance, clearer sequencing, more continuity, and a deeper level of practitioner involvement.

The three support pathways

There are three main ways patients continue after the initial consultation.

This may be the best fit if you are:

  • newly diagnosed

  • in active treatment

  • preparing for surgery, chemotherapy, radiation, immunotherapy, or targeted therapy

  • navigating side effects or treatment tolerance concerns

  • overwhelmed by conflicting advice

  • trying to coordinate supplements, diet, lifestyle, repurposed medicines, adjunctive therapies, and oncology treatment safely

  • needing closer practitioner involvement and regular strategic adjustment

  • wanting a clear structure so you are not carrying every decision alone

Best suited for

Premium Support is best suited for patients who need a higher level of containment and do not want to navigate this process appointment by appointment.

This is the pathway I most commonly recommend for patients in the early or active phase of cancer care, especially when decisions are complex and timing matters.

What’s Included:

  • ✅ Unlimited 1:1 Consultations (Zoom or in-person)

  • ✅ High-Level Phone & Email Support (priority response)

  • ✅ Priority Booking for Appointments

  • ✅ Early Access to New Research, Protocols & Events

  • ✅ Full Access to the BEYOND Prognosis platform (worth $497 - see below)

Investment:
Premium Support is a 2-month support container.

Pay upfront: $2,000
Payment plan: 2 monthly payments of $1,100

Paying upfront saves $200.

After the 2-month container, you may transition into the Guided Follow-Up Pathway with a clear plan and momentum already in place.

For patients in an active, complex, or fast-moving phase of cancer care, Premium Support provides the strongest container. It gives us the structure to build the strategy properly, review what changes, and support implementation with more continuity.

Common reasons to book a Guided Follow-Up appointment

Patients commonly use this pathway for:

  • review of blood tests or scan updates

  • supplement safety and timing questions

  • treatment preparation

  • side-effect support

  • nutrition and weight concerns

  • questions after oncology appointments

  • reviewing what needs to change as treatment progresses

  • recurrence risk reduction planning

  • post-treatment recovery support

  • emotional recalibration when things feel uncertain again

Flexible support without losing structure

The Guided Follow-Up Pathway is for patients who want ongoing guidance but do not need the same level of containment as Premium Support.

This pathway is more flexible.

Appointments are booked as needed, but the process is still guided and intentional.

This is not “ad hoc” in the sense of being unsupported or disconnected.

Flexible does not mean abandoned.

It simply means the level of support is less intensive.

2. Guided Follow-Up Pathway

This may be the best fit if you:

  • have completed your initial consultation and follow-up appointment

  • have a clearer direction but still need professional guidance

  • want help reviewing blood tests, scans, treatment updates, or supplement changes

  • need support at key treatment milestones

  • are in a more stable phase

  • want to check your strategy without committing to a higher-contact model

  • can implement recommendations with a reasonable level of independence

  • want access to guidance when important decisions arise

The Guided Follow-Up Pathway is for patients who still want professional guidance, but do not need the same level of contact as Premium Support. It keeps the process structured without requiring a higher-containment model.

Best suited for

The Guided Follow-Up Pathway is best suited for patients who need continued support and professional review, but who do not require frequent access or intensive practitioner involvement.

3. BEYOND Prognosis

Education, guidance, and community between appointments

BEYOND Prognosis is the education and support platform I created to help patients feel more informed, supported, and connected between consultations.

A consultation can give direction, but many patients still need somewhere to continue learning, ask broader questions, access resources, and stay connected to support between appointments.

This is especially important when treatment decisions are changing, family members are offering opinions, fear is rising, or online information starts to create more confusion than clarity.

BEYOND Prognosis gives you a contained space for education, resources, programs, Q&As, and community support.

It is not a replacement for personalised one-on-one care.

It is the support layer around the care.

For many patients, BEYOND Prognosis works alongside Premium Support or the Guided Follow-Up Pathway.

For others, it becomes the main support structure.

Inside BEYOND Prognosis you will find

  • educational workshops

  • live Q&As

  • practical tools and frameworks

  • programs and resources

  • nervous system and mindset training

  • metabolic oncology education

  • community support

  • ongoing guidance to help you become an active participant in your healing journey

Best suited for

BEYOND Prognosis may be the right fit if you:

  • want education and support between appointments

  • want to understand the broader integrative oncology process

  • are not ready for ongoing one-on-one care

  • are in a stable phase and mainly need education/community

  • want to stay connected to resources and guidance

  • need a place to ask broader questions without booking an appointment every time

Full BEYOND Prognosis Platform

The Full BEYOND Prognosis Platform gives access to the deeper education, resources, programs, and paid content inside the community.

This is for patients who want a more comprehensive education and support library, whether alongside one-on-one care or as a lower-cost support pathway.

BEYOND Prognosis Free Community

The free community gives you access to the basic spaces inside BEYOND Prognosis.

It is designed to help you:

  • get oriented

  • stay connected

  • access basic support spaces

  • reduce isolation

  • begin engaging with the broader community

  • receive guidance between appointments

  • feel less alone in the process

This is the version many patients are invited into after their initial consultation.

It provides a starting point and helps create support around the one-on-one care.

How BEYOND Prognosis fits with one-on-one care

BEYOND Prognosis can be used in several ways.

It may be included inside Premium Support, used alongside the Guided Follow-Up Pathway, accessed as a standalone education and support pathway, or used as a lower-cost option for patients who are not continuing with regular one-on-one care.

For many patients, BEYOND Prognosis works best alongside consultations.

For others, it becomes the main source of education, resources, and community support.

There is no single right pathway for every patient.

The right level of support depends on where you are in the cancer journey, how complex your situation is, how much is changing medically, how overwhelmed you feel, and how much support you need to implement the strategy properly.

Premium Support

Best for patients who need close guidance, regular review, stronger structure, and higher practitioner involvement.

This is usually most appropriate during active treatment, complex decision-making, high overwhelm, or when multiple moving parts need to be reviewed safely.

Guided Follow-Up Pathway

Best for patients who want flexible one-on-one support at key points, but do not need the intensity of Premium Support.

This may be appropriate if your situation is more stable, if you can implement with more independence, or if you mainly need periodic review and adjustment.

BEYOND Prognosis

Best for patients who want education, resources, programs, Q&As, and community support between appointments.

This can be used alongside one-on-one care or as a standalone support pathway.
