An intimate evening of mindfulness, mindful tea ceremony and Yin Yoga
Tuesday 11 August 2026
7:00 pm–9:30 pm
The Inspiration Space, Inglewood
Limited to 10 participants
There are times when the body does not need more stimulation, more information or another task to complete.
It needs somewhere to soften.
Yin and Tea is a deeply restorative 2.5-hour experiential evening designed to help you slow down, reconnect with yourself and return to the present moment.
Through mindfulness, a mindful tea ceremony, 90 minutes of Yin Yoga, and carefully curated medicina music, you will be guided out of the pace and noise of everyday life and into a quieter, more spacious experience of yourself.
This is not a workshop where you need to perform, achieve or get anything right.
It is an invitation to pause.
To breathe.
To feel.
To allow your nervous system to exhale.
The Experience
The evening will begin with a guided mindfulness practice, giving you time to arrive fully and gently transition out of the momentum of the day.
From there, we will move into a mindful tea ceremony. Rather than drinking tea while thinking about the next thing, you will be invited to experience it slowly and intentionally—the warmth of the cup, the aroma, the taste, the breath and the simple act of being present.
The remainder of the evening will unfold through 90 minutes of Yin Yoga.
Yin Yoga uses long-held, supported postures to create space through the body while encouraging a quieter relationship with the mind. You will not be asked to push or force your body. Each posture becomes an opportunity to soften, listen and meet yourself with patience.
The practice will be accompanied by curated medicina music selected to support stillness, reflection and deeper connection throughout the evening.
What the Evening Includes
Guided mindfulness
A mindful tea ceremony
90 minutes of Yin Yoga
Curated medicina music
A small and intimate group setting
A calm, beautifully held space for rest and reconnection
The Theme: Presence
Much of modern life is lived one step ahead of ourselves.
We eat while working, rest while scrolling, listen while preparing our reply, and move through our days with the mind already rehearsing what comes next.
Presence is the practice of returning to what is here.
The breath you are taking.
The body you are living in.
The moment that is actually happening.
Yin and Tea brings together several practices that naturally cultivate this quality. Mindfulness helps us notice. Tea asks us to slow down. Yin Yoga invites us to remain. Music helps us feel.
Together, they create an evening that is less about escaping your life and more about returning to it with greater spaciousness.
Who This Evening Is For
Yin and Tea is suitable for both experienced yoga practitioners and those who are relatively new to Yin Yoga or mindfulness.
You may particularly enjoy this evening if you have been feeling:
Mentally busy or overstimulated
Disconnected from your body
Tired but unable to fully rest
Drawn toward mindfulness, yoga or spiritual practice
In need of quiet, spaciousness and time for yourself
Ready to slow down and reconnect with what matters
You do not need to be flexible, experienced or particularly good at being still.
You only need to arrive as you are.
A Small and Intimate Experience
This event is intentionally limited to just 10 participants.
Keeping the group small allows the evening to feel personal, spacious and gently held rather than like a large yoga class or crowded public event.
Every element of the evening has been chosen to support a sense of warmth, safety and connection.
